About Nurse Angie

Legal Education with a Nurse’s Compassion

With more than 17 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, I’ve devoted my career to caring for others in psychiatry, home health, and hospice settings. My nursing background has taught me the importance of compassion, precision, and trust — qualities I bring to every notarial service I provide.

I hold a Master of Arts in Law with an Advanced Paralegal concentration and am currently completing an ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate program. I am also a NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent. This unique blend of medical and legal expertise allows me to support clients through sensitive healthcare and legal documents with understanding, accuracy, and respect especially with end of life planning.

After moving to Arizona from Florida over ten years ago, I became a caregiver for my grandparents. When my grandfather became homebound, I realized how challenging it was to find a mobile notary who could assist with his legal and medical documents. That experience inspired me to create Halo Notary & Signing Services — a business dedicated to helping seniors and families receive professional, compassionate notary services wherever they are.
